Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping:  3–5 business days 
- International Shipping:  7–14 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier updates or local postal handling.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
When shipping internationally, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Curvedpedal is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. 

Damaged or Lost Items:
Curvedpedal is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, file a claim with the carrier, and reach out to us at [Your Support Email] so we can help.
